Sensei Michelle Critch will be holding a 2-day karate clinic and grading at St. John’s Shotokan & Kobudo on April 2nd and April 3rd. Students eligible for promotion will be graded during this time.
Saturday April 2nd from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. The focus will be on kata.
Sunday April 3rd from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The focus will be on kumite footwork and timing. Time will also be set aside for gradings.
The cost of the clinic will be $30.00 for 1 day and $50.00 to attend both days. These clinics are mandatory for students being graded. Grading fees are:
Yellow and Orange belt $35.00
Green, Blue, and Purple belt $50.00
Brown belt level 1, 2, or 3 $60.00
The examination fee will include a new belt and certificate if successful.
This will be an excellent opportunity, regardless of style or affiliation, to learn the finer points of karate from a world champion.
This clinic will be open to all ranks and all ages.
